So a few weeks ago Barneys set out an email with a Rochas python wedge as it's belle de jour...& I like the good Pavlov's dog I am started to drool. But in my "I will not spend any more money" frenzy I didn't order them right then and there. Instead when my Rochas Fisherman sandal (that's a story unto itself) arrived a size too large I rushed to the phone to ask Steve (my wonderful Barneys LA rep) to put aside a smaller pair for moi. & while he was at it, why not go ahead and send me out those darling wedges, never dreaming I'd keep them?
Well they arrived, a 1/2 size too small!!! But did I do the wise thing & return them? Seeing as how they were the last pair on the planet (I even called what number I could find for Rochas) I kept them. Wonder if I can get a foot reduction...I mean it is worth it right?
